Can #nostr apps honour kind 10_000 AND 30_000 mute lists? As a user it's a bit of a clusterf... when you're using more than one app and see muted accounts on one app but not on another. I don't mind if an app gives preference to one kind over the other but imo they should honour both kind events IF possible.
