Question to our talented LN / #nostr developers. How difficult would it be to create a chatbot for use on streaming sites with a ZAP feature?

I'm thinking something like

* user in chat types !zap
* command opens browser or phone wallet
* comment added to zap is handed to an on-screen alert via OBS "bowser" source via a callback function.

Is that how that works? Input welcome because I really think streamers could benefit from such a bot and eager to give BUIDLing one a try.
